Welcome to E.I. McCulley Public School!
At E.I McCulley, we value the uniqueness of each individual and believe everyone can excel and achieve excellence. E.I McCulley (DSBN) is a place where students can learn and grow at their own pace, in their own way. It is a place where they will determine their own goals and define their own personal version of excellence. We are each truly unique, and E.I. McCulley (DSBN) students and staff are empowered to learn and grow in a way that best reflects them as individuals. At E.I.McCulley, encouraging and honouring student and staff voice is important.
Our school provides extracurricular and leadership opportunities that encourage the development of excellence, integrity and respect. We encourage students to get involved in the school.
We value the community partnerships and parent/guardian involvement which are so crucial to a successful education for our students. We always welcome your input and suggestions.

About E.I. McCulley Public School
E.I. McCulley Public School is a Kindergarten through Grade 8 school, located in St. Catharines on Berkley Drive. The school opened in September 1971. Currently, we have approximately 260 students in attendance.
E.I. McCulley provides a rich and varied program in language arts, math, French, science, the arts, and social sciences. Students participate in experiences and opportunities which encourage the development of excellence, integrity, tolerance, respect and a sense of social responsibility.
Our school entry bell rings at 9:00 a.m. Students should arrive and go to the playground anytime after 8:45 a.m. Students who arrive at the school earlier than 8:45 a.m. are still the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) unless they are attending a supervised morning club/practice. Students do not have access to the building until school supervision begins at 8:45 a.m. Parents/guardians please say your goodbyes at the kindergarten gate or by the portables for grades 1-8. Students must leave school property immediately after school at 3:20 p.m. unless staying for a school-sponsored event (e.g., an after school club or participating in a sporting event). Students watching after school sporting events must be supervised by an adult.
Like all other schools within the District School Board of Niagara, E.I.McCulley is committed to personal growth, productive citizenship and lifelong learning for all. In addition, the school has an active extracurricular program for our students, along with a variety of intramural and club activities organized and supervised by our staff
We are lucky to be a part of a close-knit and supportive community. In the past few years, the staff and School Advisory Council have worked together to inform and educate the community about educational changes involving curriculum, assessment and reporting. Students at Lockview benefit from a wide range of experiences that enrich their school life.
